Easy, tasty and the leftovers are good for breakfast. It is easier to get the glaze/sauce on it you leave in in the pan and pour the sauce over and let the cake soak it up.

Part one mix into 3 foil loaf pans, sprinkle the walnuts on top and cook for 40 min., makes great holiday gifts for friends and family.
