The flavors in this were amazing! I served it with a mayo and horse radish based cyan pepper dip, which complimented it perfectly. I used yellow onion instead of chipolinie. The hardest part of all is getting the onion to bloom, battering inside the bloom and keeping it bloomed while frying. I ended up with delicious deep fried onion.

Great, but better off breaking in to pedals and frying. The small size just doesn't do it justice. Good taste, I'd make again, either full size onion or pedals, not doing mini again.
