I had my first taste of baba ganoush at a Lebanese restaurant in Portland, Oregon last week and it was love at first bite! Right away, I leaned to make my own using this recipe, and it turned out as good!

Did it without blackening eggplants over fire, just baked in oven. Used a pinch of cumin. Turned really great! Used as an alternative to humus.
