PHENOMENAL! So filling and very tasty. Instead of lime, we mixed in mayo, it disappered very quickly. I will be serving this again.

Do not change a thing it was SOOO good!!! Perfect side to my Paleo dinner! Hubby was very pleased. Only wish I had made more to save for tomorrow lunch :-)

Tried as per recipe, it was great. To kick it up a notch the next time I added chopped cilantro and 2 finely chopped red Thai peppers. Really great

I used 1 avocado and split the recipe in half but added 1/4 cup of ham chopped instead of the bacon.
