- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1/2 cup chicken broth (vegetable broth or even water)
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons corn starch

Excellent flavour and cooks out to a great consistency so it ends up distributing evenly throughout the dish. Works well with all meats and veggies. I get great compliments on this recipe, it’s definitely a keeper of mine!

The right sauce is so important and this one is truly fantastic! Easy , thickens nicely and has a great kick to it. Just make it!
