This is an old family recipe that goes back to at least the 1950's. I have fold memories of my grandmother serving this dish when she had the family over for dinner

Directions
- Trim the fat from the meat and cut into 1 inch long by 1/4 wide strips
- Heat oil and butter in a skillet, add the mushrooms and onions and saute on low until soft
- Add meat and continue cooking for 10 minutes
