  • 1 cup bbq sauce
  • 4 cups lettuce (chopped, I used romaine)
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup red onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup vegan cheese (shredded, I used Daiya Foods Pepperjack shreds)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 bottle ranch dressing (vegan, I used Daiya Foods Homestyle Ranch)
