- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. sauce (vegan smoke, optional)
- 1/2 cup vegan mayo
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar (I actually use sweet pickle juice here…a trick my mom taught me)
- 2 Tbsp. miso paste (Westbrae makes one of my favorites)
- 2 Tbsp. agave nectar
- 1/8 tsp. celery seed (optional)
- 1/3 tsp. turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
