This turned out so well! My boyfriend and I totally loved the idea and it worked out so well the perfect easy last minute dinner.

Did not use any onions. Instead used kalamata olives, roasted yellow pepper and crimini mushrooms. Very quick, easy, nutritious. Next time I will use a Cilantro Mayo base with lime and Garlic. I used Stone Fire Mini Naans. The best.
