I used a tomato sauce as my base and I must say, we were blown away by how awesome this was. Will definitely be making this meal again and again.

Turned out great! Super easy to make!!
I added some fresh basil I had on hand to mine and omitted the cilantro (because I didn't have any)! I highly recommend this recipe!!!!
