This recipe is absolutely amazing. I made it last night for dinner and my husband and kids are already asking me to make it again. This calzone tastes just like bbq chicken pizza which we all love. This is a very easy recipe to make and best of all dinner is ready in less than an hour. I did make a few changes...First, I used 2 cups of cheese instead of 1 cup. Second, my husband loves sauce so I used about 1 more cup of bbq sauce than the recipe called for. Third, I used 7 slices of bacon rather than 4. We love our cheese, bbq sauce, and bacon! I suggest brushing the calzones with olive oil and parmesan cheese before baking. Also, check the calzones often while they are baking. The cooking times may vary depending on the pizza crust you are using. This is a great recipe. Thanks for sharing.
