Perfectly crisp in all the right places. This is an easy side dish that can be made into the main one by pouring chili, shredded cheese and other toppings on top of the cooked potatoes.

We cooked these in the oven and they turned out great. Maybe cook the bacon a bit before putting it on the skewer since they could've been cooked more.

Pretty good, I marinated overnight and that caused the chicken to break down a little too much but the flavor was nice and the recipe simple. Make sure you spray the grill as the bacon will totally stick, even to ceramic grates.

It was a beautiful disaster.. Everything kept falling apart, but it was my fault; I had the heat way to high. The taste was incredible thou, will do it again with a better cooking technique that experience left me.

Absolutely brilliant and very easy to make! These will be a staple at my BBQ's this summer. I used Baby Ray's Hickory & Brown Sugar to marinade.
