I am a great foodie and like multifariousness , this generally appertain to improvements in standard of my cooking. I tried to bake fish that left in freeze adding some fresh ingredients and it comes out real good. When I baked this fish for dinner, cud'nt stopped myself and gorged on this baked fish.

  • 500 grams fish (your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut (freshly)
  • 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • salt (to taste)

    Directions

    1. Marinate fish of your choice with olive oil, chili flakes, minced garlic, grated coconut and salt for at least two hours.
    2. Cover with silver foil and bake in preheated oven at 250 c for 30 minutes.
    3. After that open the cover and bake for another 10 minutes at 175 c. Serve hot
