  • 4 chicken breasts (defrosted and deboned)
  • 1/4 red bell pepper (thin sliced)
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper (thin sliced)
  • 1/2 onion (diced)
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (& pepper)
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

    Directions

    1. Add the avocado oil to your large frying pan and bring up to heat.
    2. Add onions and bell peppers and saute for two minutes.
