  • 1/2 garlic clove

  • 1/2 tablespoon dried shrimp
  • 1 shrimp paste (flat tsp.)
  • pepper (Hot sauce, Sambal Oelek -, paste with garlic)

  • 1 macadamia nuts (ground)

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in pan (medium) and saute the garlic, onion and dried shrimp.
    2. Immediately follow with macadamia nut, coriander and turmeric.
    3. Add hot sauce, chicken, coconut milk, bay leaves and sugar; stir together.
