Delicious, I did alter by adding pulled pork juice to it.(defatted) so may not be original taste, but an excellent chili. Did the instant pot directions. I like that stove top and slow cooker directions are included in the recipe. I used one jalapeño seeded, next time I’ll use 2! Add 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder and some coriander 1/2 teaspoon or so. A righteous dish! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Awesome chili recipe! Followed the ingredients to a T, I just like to carmelize my tomato paste a bit with the veges before adding the liquids. I also reserved about 1/3 of the seasonings to add AFTER the Instant Pot cook and let it simmer for an additional 15-20 mins. To quote my significant other, "Uh. Mazing." 10/10, would recommend!!

Great! I added 1 more TBS of chili power and added a bag of frozen corn — top with avocado upon serving 🤩🙌🏼😋

The chili was good, but it was quite thick. I added some extra water, but I kept getting the burn notice before it got to the pressure cooker stage so it took a really long time. I'm sure this is related more to my IP than the recipe. I have had the same problem with lasagna. Next time, I'll use the slow cooker function...

Great recipe and so quick and easy in the instant pot No changes needed at all! Thank you so much for sharing!!

This was amazing. A hit with my family. I used two jalapeños and ancho chili powder mixed with regular chili powder for a bit of a smoky taste.

I’m just learning to cook and this is absolutely delicious. I like chili with heavy meat so I make this with 3 lbs of ground beef and it comes out perfect! Thanks!

New to Instant Pot and this recipe made me glad I bought one. This chili is delicious! Have made it twice in 3 weeks.

It’s delicious, but use a cup less beef stock, it was way too much liquid. I’ll definitely make it again though.

I love this chili recipe. It's become a go to during the week and it's about as easy as it gets.

A really good chili . Fantastic flavor and textures . I used 2 pounds of beef because 1.5 pounds of ground beef is an awkward amount and it turned out perfectly!

Subbed a can of diced green chiles for the jalapeño, added a 2nd can of tomatoes and a 3rd cup of broth to avoid the IP burn possibility was perfect!

This was my FIRST instant pot meal and it was so yummy. Only used half the cumin suggested, but other than that I followed the recipe. Tasted just as good reheated as leftovers too! 👍🏻

Very easy to prepare. Next time I think I’ll use 1tbl. Cumin instead of 2. Will make it again, great for winter time. Thanks for the recipe.👍

Technically 3.5 stars, recieved a burn notice for the 1st time even after scraping the bottom. I added an extra cup of broth and that fixed the burn issue. The flavor is good but needs more seasoning and spice. With some tweaking this could be fabulous.

This was amazing! I used 2 lbs of ground beef and 3/4 lb bacon but that was just personal preference. I actually made this on the stove top instead of the instant pot.

Delicious! Didn't have beef (used turkey) add no bacon for health reasons, but all the seasonings were great.

Amazing! I made it with ground deer meat because that's what we have instead of beef. I also added a bunch of fresh chopped Roma tomatoes in addition to the canned tomatoes.
