Description

Put the twist on a classic dip with this Avocado and Radish Dip. Taking the base ingredients of your favorite guacamole, this recipe adds chopped radishes and mustard seed to the mix for a uniquely textured and absolutely delicious avocado dip. Serve with your favorite dipping chip or cracker or serve with warm naan or pita chips. This Avocado and Radish dip pairs well with Southwest-style dinners or as an addition to a make your own burrito bar.

Ingredients

4 radishes
2 avocado (ripe)
1/2 lime juice
1/2 garlic cloves (crushed)
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt (as needed)
peppercorns (as needed)
mustard seeds (as needed)
1 pinch sweet paprika
mizuna
beets
3 slices bread (flat, or Naan bread)

Directions

1Chop the radishes coarsely in the chopper, and set aside.
2Peel the avocados, remove pit, and smash thoroughly.
3Add the chopped radishes, and mix.
4Pour the lime juice on top of the avocado, so it doesn't oxidize.
5Crush the garlic until pasty, add to avocado.
6Add the olive oil, salt, mustard, and pepper, to taste.
7Stir everything very well, add the paprika and microvegetables.
8Serve with Naan bread.
