- water
- 300 grams green tomatoes
- 1 serrano chili pepper
- 1 avocado (ripe)
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 3 sprigs cilantro
- salt
- 1 lime

Directions
- Heat water and bring it to a boil. Once it boils, add the tomatoes and serrano chili and cook for 5 minutes.
- Drain and place in the blender. Add the avocado, garlic, cilantro, salt to taste, and lime juice. Puree until smooth. Taste and add salt if needed. Add water for a more liquid texture.
- Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container.
