  • baguette
  • avocado
  • goat cheese (or farmer’s cheese)

Directions

  1. Place the bread slices onto a grill or skillet.

A little strong w the goat cheese

This is a quick and healthy snack! I brushed a bit of olive oil on my banquette slices then sprinkled them with garlic powder before toasting. I added bacon bits on top of the goat cheese rather than salsa or hot sauce. Yum!
