I enjoyed the creamy taste of avocado. I love avocado! I felt like it was missing something though. It needed more flavor. I will experiment a little next time.

I was worried that the tuna would be dried out but it was great! My kids even loved it. I will make this again.

Really good! I have no complaints. I made mine with green onions instead and just winged the proportions....it turned out great.

Bland and boring. Had to added sliced kalamata olives, hot sauce and sprouts to improve it. Guess this is a more nutritious version than plain ole tuna with mayo?

It was very good, nice and creamy, fresh tasting! Only thing I might do different next time is maybe a little more lemon juice to make the flavors stand out a little more.. Recipe calls for Sara Lee Honey bread but tasted great with oatmeal bread!
