Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1/4 cup cucumber
  • 2 chilies
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lime
  • salt and ground black pepper

Directions

  1. 1Mix the drained tuna with the cucumber, jalapenos, peas, celery, onion and parsley. Add the olive oil, lime juice, and lime rind and season with salt and pepper.
