- 2 slices whole grain toast (your favorite, my favorites are One Degree Organics, Alvarado St. Bakery, and Bread Alone bakery locally)
- 1/2 hass avocado
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate arils
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
