Ingredients

- 1 avocado (large, flesh scooped out)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- 3 leaves
- 1 clove garlic (peeled and finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
Directions
- Place the avocado, lime juice, cilantro, garlic and sour cream in a bowl and blend together with an immersion blender. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with the extra cilantro leaves to serve.
