  • 1 avocado (large, flesh scooped out)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • 3 leaves
  • 1 clove garlic (peeled and finely chopped)

Directions

  1. Place the avocado, lime juice, cilantro, garlic and sour cream in a bowl and blend together with an immersion blender. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with the extra cilantro leaves to serve.
