Light and tasty. I added burrata for some extra creaminess. I might go for a drier mozzarella next time though, because the burrata made things a bit soggy.

added a bit of garlic, a handful of chopped cilantro, used red onion..and added red wine. It was out standing. i would make it again fir sure
