Rating recipe “as is” - one teaspoon of chipotle powder was an exorbitant amount, rendering the avocado unusable. Perhaps the recipe’s creator meant “chili powder” or something else other than chipotle powder, but the avocado was a horrendous red color and inedibly spicy. I trashed most of it and mashed up another avocado to mix with what I left. I’d give the dish 3.5 stars after that.

Great! No butter or olive oil I used coconut nonstick cooking spray. I used Dave’s killer bread for the toast. Less calories more fiber.

Extremely easy to make and only takes minutes! I didn’t have any chipotle pepper so I just used salt and pepper. This meal still was great. I can’t wait to try it with the chipotle

Loved it. I didn't have chipotle chile pepper so I switched it out for paprika and it still tasted great.

my wife and i loved it. This is now our go to breakfast. the second time I made it I only cooked the eggs for 2 minutes and added a squeeze of lime to the avocado and enjoyed it even more. we love spicy food and 1/2 tsp of chipolte chili pepper is more than enough

Excellent breakfast! Quick and easy and filling. Definitely would have this again! I added a tiny bit of lemon to the avocado.
