    This was a nice change from my usual dinner because it was easy and hassle-free to make, very fresh and filling. 🥰 I liked the combination of ingredients a lot, the crushed walnuts add the extra touch. I added some slices of chorizo on top, because on its own it was lacking something a bit in my opinion. But overall a good solid meal, that definitely makes you feel good after you’ve had it.
