It was very good. However, I cubed the avocado instead of mashing it up. I added a couple of tablespoons of mayo & some crumbled blue cheese to it. It's better then the original with the additional flavors of the cheese & mayo.

Beautiful! I placed it on top of a bed of lettuce & spinach just to get that extra bit of texture.

My avocado wasnt ripe. Tried to soften it, but it wasnt mashable. Chicken to veg ratio was off, Still tasted good. Im a beginner cook though so its a easy recipe to begin learning on. I think a crumbled feta could be added here too.

Surprisingly delicious for something so quick to prepare. I added a few chopped garlic cloves, cayenne pepper, and a little more lime. I made it for just myself and used an entire haas avocado and it turned out delish.

Made 01/17/18. I took a chance with this seeing how I don't eat tomatoes like that. But this was surprisingly delicious & filling. Recipe followed as is. I just seasoned the chicken with a little kosher salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. I will definitely be making this again VERY soon.
