Perfect!! Make sure banana is RIPE. If not, the smoothie will be bitter. Very good source of carbs, fats, & fiber. My son loves ice cream & these will be perfect for making icepops!!

The taste is ok. Not bad considering the ingredients. But a big pet peeve of mine is when the proportions in the recipe don't work. I blended with a vitamix and it still couldn't blend it. I had to add about 1/2 to 1 cup more of almond milk to get it to blend.
