Delicious chicken gratin, made with Hellmann's lighter than light mayonnaise, curry, avocado and yoghurt, covered with crispy breadcrumbs and almonds.

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the avocado in an ovenproof dish and cover with the pieces of chicken.
- Mix together the yoghurt, mayonnaise and curry paste to taste. Spoon evenly over the chicken
- Combine the breadcrumbs and almonds and sprinkle over the dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

The instructions aren’t very clear, here’s what I did:
I doubled the recipe
Avocado sliced and laid out along the bottom of the dish.
Place sliced seasoned chicken (cooked) on top of the avocado
I made the sauce using mayo, mild curry paste and 0% fat Greek yogurt mixed together
Pour the yogurt mix on top and then add the breadcrumbs and top it with cheese. Cook for about 20 mins in the oven
This would be nice with sweet potato instead of avocado too
