I put in more tomato sauce and worcestershire sauce than recommended but it was really good. I had 2 extra dinner guests over and made 2 loaves. Thank goodness I did because the first was gone before I could even dish up myself. My husband can eat one of these (I know it's a lot) by himself and my dad, who's the pickiest eater I know, went back for thirds. It's become a family favorite already.

It's pretty good. I made a few modifications - cooked it at 500 F instead of 375, because my roommate was using the oven, and used tomato paste instead of tomato sauce because I couldn't find the appropriately sized can of sauce, and used a whole onion because I didn't want to go to the trouble of trying to preserve whatever was left after using 1/2 cup of diced onion. That didn't seem to have any ill effects - perhaps the meatloaf was a little sweeter than expected, from the tomato paste, but still enjoyable. I'd make it again
