I used gluten-free flour. Also used half butter flavored shortening and half margarine in place of butter, it was all I had and they turned out great.

Flour was left out as an ingredient in this recipe and didn’t realize it until I’d mixed all my ingredients and wasted them!

Delicious! The hardest part while making the cookies was to resist the urge to taste the dough! The cookies taste good while slightly warm. Once they completely cool down, they are very crunchy.

These turned out amazing. Added crushed peanuts for extra taste and texture. Will make these again!

Turned out great. I added some peanut butter chips and they worked out well. I wouldn't say the chips changed the flavour of the cookie, partially because peanut butter chips don't melt well. They are a bit dry but if you soften the butter more it makes a difference. This is probably the best peanut butter cookie recipe I have found.
