Ingredients

  • 500 milliliters milk
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 125 grams almonds
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

  1. 1Warm up the milk in a pot along with 1 stick of cinnamon.
  2. 2While the milk is heating up, pour the cornmeal into a bowl and mix it with 1/4 cup of water.
  3. 3Once the milk begins to boil, add the cornmeal mix into the pan and stir.
  4. 4Pour the almonds, sugar, and 1 stick of cinnamon into the blender. Mix everything until the ingredients become a somewhat thick powder.
  5. 5When the milk begins to boil again, add the powder into the pot and mix everything well.
  6. 6Heat the milk for another 10 minutes and serve.
