It takes 40 minutes to prepare these cupcakes of all varieties. Make the batter, then top them with a variety of options so everyone gets one they like. Ingredients

  • 12 cupcakes
  • 180 grams white flour
  • 80 grams dark brown sugar
  • 4 pinches baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 grams melted butter
  • 8 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/4 beans (grated tonka)
  • hazelnut (Chopped, pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon m&m
  • 1 tablespoon dried cranberries

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt.
  3. Add the eggs, the melted butter and the milk, whisk until well incorporated.
  4. Tranfer the batter into cupcake tins.
  5. Top 4 cupcakes with the tonka beans and chopped hazelnuts, 4 with the m&m's and 4 with dried cranberries.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Unmold while still warm.

These cupcakes were perfectly sized for on the go snacks. They had the same consistency as regular cupcakes with an assortment of delicious sugary accents inside.
