Ingredients

  • 1/2 asparagus (kilo, fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • 5 tablespoons parmesan cheese (shaved)
  • balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. 1Wash and completely dry the asparagus. Coat it with olive oil
  2. 2Place the asparagus in a single layer in a pan on medium heat. Leave them in place without stirring until they start to brown and then turn them to brown the other side, about 4 minutes on each side.
  3. 3Remove from heat and add the salt while still hot. Sprinkle with parmesan and balsamic vinegar, serve immediately.
