    I've tried other recipes and this one is on the top of my list. I used mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, and spinach. Loved it!

    This ended up really yummy! Vegans and non vegans alike really enjoyed it. Asparagus is not in season so I used mushroom, onion, peppers, tomatoes, and spinach with everything else being the same.
