  • 6 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1/8 strip carrots
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 pound boneless flank steak
  • 1/4 cup chopped unsalted cashews
  • 1/2 cup wish-bone light asian sesame ginger vinaigrette dressing

Directions

  1. Arrange spinach on serving platter, then top with cucumber, carrots, sprouts and steak. Just before serving, sprinkle with cashews, then drizzle with Wish-Bone Light® Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing.
