Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed (McCormick Gourmet™ Organic, Toasted)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (McCormick Gourmet™ Organic, California)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (McCormick Gourmet™ Organic, Coarse Ground)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (McCormick Gourmet™ Organic)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger (McCormick Gourmet™ Organic, Ground)
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless New York strip steak

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except steak, in small bowl. Place steak in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well
  2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade
  3. Broil or grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness
