Perfect. Marinated out of the fridge for 30 minutes to help it cook from more of room temperature. Heated cast iron grill pan to medium-high and used some avocado oil to grease. Three minutes on each side gave me perfect crust and red interior. Made one 1 1/2" 3/4 lb steak and sliced it after cooking for 2 servings. Accompanied by bulgar wheat and Edamame for a quick, flavorful meal

Great recipe!! I’d leave the tuna a bit less to get that nice middle red part

Would definitely do this again. Marinated for the suggested 30min and it was perfect just enough sesame flavor

Very good, if salt is an issue, use low sodium soy sauce. Will definitely make again

3 minutes each side is too long. Tuna came out medium/well

Very Tasty. Nice and light. I added a bit of brown sugar. Made with Garlic parmigiana pasta. I will be making this again.
