OMG this was probably one of the best salmon recipes I've ever made. I didn't have sriracha but used sweet chili garlic sauce and I served it over Jasmine rice. It was sooo easy and delicious! This is going to become a staple!

Love this recipe. I’ve made it several times, it is a great, flavorful, low sodium recipe with a lot of flavor.
So yummy! A little sweet but not too sweet. Cooked perfectly, not dry at all but still cooked all the way through. And VERY easy to make!

So easy, fast and delicious with quick cleanup! The sauce was perfection (on the sweeter side which aligns with my taste). Could have used more sriracha. Will be making this again and again.

Very good, made to the letter with fresh ginger from the garden and fresh minced garlic. That can make a difference. Opted for the Sriracha and it did add a kick.

I added some carrots and squash in the foil packet, and paired it with some ginger-miso broccoli slaw. Leftovers will be over a salad tomorrow. Quick, flavorful and healthy.

good salmon, even the husband liked it. use less ginger next time and had to cook it about 10 minutes longer than suggested but turned out fabulous.

Yummy Make it according to the recipe, great way to cook it, in foil in a Dutch oven on the stove. Easy clean-up just discard the foil, the pot stays clean.

This turned out really well. It was very tasty. And had a very authentic Asian flavor. The sriracha was optional I added it only got a very slight hint of the sriracha which I think balanced out the sweetness of the honey very nicely.. Cooking this in a foil keeps the moisture in the salmon. Normally my salmon comes out dry but with this method it didn’t. The recipe was easy to follow and I will definitely make this again

Very easy a nice way to step up salmon without being too overbearing. I always broiled salmon and ran the risk of drying it out. Putting it in foil keeps the fish moist and flavorful. 2-3 minutes in the broiler at the end to caramelize the top. Nice!

The recipe turned out great! I added extra garlic because I love garlic. I threw in vegetables with the salmon and then served them on top of jasmine rice.
