Delicious! I did not have hoisin sauce, so substituted it with oyster sauce. Best to marinade overnight.

Very easy recipe, and loved the hoisin sauce that gave it a sweet and rich flavor. I pan fried the chops in some oil rather than grill them. I plan to make these again this week. This is a great recipe for our family, because it is quick to get a yummy dinner on the table in just a few minutes after a long day at work. Leftovers can be used in pork wraps the following day.
