    This turned out great! Love the flavors. It taste spicier then the plum sauce you would get in a Chinese restaurant and with garlic flavor. Going to try using it as a barbecue sauce amount other things. Will make again next year. I doubled the recipe with no problems.

    I loved this. My daughter said we should bottle it and sell it. We added oil and used it as a dressing for Asian chicken salad.
