Ingredients

spaghetti (or other preferred pasta)
1 carrots
1 zucchini
1 green bell pepper
1 tomatoes
1/4 yellow onion
soy sauce
olive oil
sesame oil
rice vinegar

Directions

1While the pasta is cooking, wash, peel and slice the vegetables.
2Saute the vegetables in a skillet with a small amount of olive oil on high heat until the edges become brown, turning only once. Don’t worry if they stick to the skillet.
3Add a few drops of soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to taste.
4Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the vegetables.
