Asian Fish Filets


Tilapia is a wonderful fish that is low in calories and highly versatile. This recipe for Asian Fish Filets takes only 20 minutes to prepare so it is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner dish. This dinner for two includes tilapia fillets combined with sweet and savory ingredients for an out-of-this-world taste. soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, orange juice, and lime. Pair it with your favorite vegetable and favorite rice for a decadent dinner.


  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 lime


  1. Pour the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, orange juice and lime juice into a pan with the burner turned off. Place the filets in the salsa. Turn the burner onto medium high.
  2. When the sauce starts to boil lower the heat and let the fish cook for 5 minutes. Turn each fillet carefully and cook another 5 minutes, spooning the sauce over the fish every so often. After 15 minutes the sauce will thicken and the fish will caramelize.
  3. Serve immediately with its sauce over rice or with an Asian vegetable medley.
