  • 1 1/2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper

Good stuff! I used sambal instead of sriracha, rice sticks instead of wheat ( I prefer the mouth feel of wheat, but wheat messes with my stomach). Also subbed black sesame seeds, just because I like the way it looks! The vinegar is very important.
