  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar (can use brown sugar if you don't have)
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 cups vegetables (chopped, i used broccoli, onions, peppers, mushrooms, carrots)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
