really liked it.. couldn't find asiago cheese, so i substituted shaved parmesan. i also added more sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. it really gave it that extra pop. i recommend serving it with a piece of rosemary bread warm with the oil/tomatoes, parmesan dizzled over the top.

It was very bland as is. I added seasoning but it still was not to my liking. Will not make again

Was a delicious meal! Be careful not to cook for too long, as the sauce easily reduces. I suggest less chicken and more pasta. Restaurant-quality meal!

We love this recipe!!! My husband likes with rotini. I add spinach in a skillet before pasta, cook just 1-2 minutes. Than add pasta. I make it pretty often.

It was really good and easy to make. Perfect for weeknight dinners.

Must use fresh Asiago cheese for full flavor

Really enjoyed it. The good thing was spinach added to it made it quite healthy too. I added a bit of red pesto sauce to this recipe and my son said one of the best pasta dish you made.

The sauce was thick but it was good. I realized i did jave the sauce pan too high. I'm looking foeward to cooking this again.

Grate the cheese to a very fine shred to ease adding it to the sauce. As most people say, go easy on the salt until you taste it.
C Gaskins 11 Mar 2018
I just made this & it turn out great. I used scallops instead of chicken. Add salt after the cheese. Taste first, the cheese has a lot of salt and you will not need much. I used a cup of cheese and less than 1/8 teaspoon of salt.

The family liked it. I added mushrooms to mine. I think the mushrooms soakes up a lot of the liquid or the sauce. So I added sum milk to increase the amount if sauce. Will be making again.
Lita P. 4 Mar 2018
Yummy will definitely make this again might add some onion and mushrooms next time because I love both with sun dried tomatoes and spinach
Melissa Branch 2 Mar 2018
We enjoyed it. I only altered the recipe by adding an additional 1/2 cup of half and half. I will make it again but next time I will use a combination of Italian cheeses and fire roasted diced tomatoes. I think it would be better overall with those changes. I like the Asiago cheese but it does not melt well and I’m not sure the sun-dried tomatoes contributed to the flavor of the dish.

This was good. I would add a little more garlic and make additional sauce.
