These bars were pretty easy to make and tasted pretty good. I have never used arrowroot flour, so I really didn't know what to expect. I had trouble with the batter mixing, but it finally got going. It does take some time, so have a little bit of patience. The bars themselves have an interesting texture. They are soft and chewy in the center with a texture like jello. The flavor was pretty good as well. I was actually pleasantly surprised that I liked them so much. I will probably make these again.
