This Argentinian dish can be made quickly in just 15 minutes. After being mixed in a blender the batter is made into a pancake by using a skillet. The dulche de leche is added to add a sweet taste to this savory dessert.

Ingredients

  • 220 grams flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 350 milliliters milk
  • butter
  • dulce de leche

Directions

  1. In a blender, mix the flour, eggs, and milk.
  2. Melt some butter in a saucepan and pour about 2 tablespoons of the batter. Turn the pancake around using a knife.
  3. Place the pancakes on a tray, add dulce de leche on top of each one, and roll.

These say pancakes but they are more of a crape in texture. Anything with dulce de leche in it just taste good. I love this and we serve these often for brunch. I even made them one time for dinner. They are super sweet so be warned, but they are amazing.
