Directions
- Bring water to a boil.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil, onion, garlic, and bay leaves.
- When the onion begins to brown (keep stirring so that the garlic doesn't burn), add the rice, salt, and saffron. Mix everything, and let the rice fry for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring from time to time.

Amazing!!, before adding raisins and almonds it tastes a bit bitter, but raisins make something amazing
