  • 150 grams honey (I used 2 tbsp chestnut honey)
  • 75 milliliters single malt whisky (I used a whisky blend)
  • 3 cloves
  • 3 cardamom pods
  • 1 star anise
  • 125 milliliters double cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey (I used one)
  • 150 grams Greek yoghurt (full-fat)
  • 280 grams full fat cream cheese (I used 150g mascarpone with a pinch of salt)
  • 75 grams porridge oats (jumbo)
  • 25 grams butter (I used unsalted)
  • 40 grams dark muscovado sugar
